It’s no secret:
Support Coordination can get very bloody complex.

Support Coordinators often provide central support during crises. They also interface with justice, child protection, health, mental health and homelessness services, and navigate complex family dynamics in order to assist participants.

It's not surprising Support Coordinators tell us they're overwhelmed by the sheer volume of knowledge and skills they need to draw on every day.
