July 2021 is when the world changes for day program providers, ratios disappear from the NDIS Price Guide and providers must implement the new pricing model. The coming weeks will be a time of transition for everyone in day programs - participants, families, finance and IT teams – and a seismic change for frontline staff and organisational leaders.
To give providers intensive support with the key skills, information and resources needed to get the transition right, we've developed a 3 month transition program that we are calling bootcamp, it includes:
Transition Plan Workshop
a 2-day intensive to develop an implementation approach tailored to your organisation
Transition Masterclass Sessions (4)
each focusing on a key transition element, each with purpose built support resources
Regular Q&A Opportunities
for inspiration and sharing experiences on how to tackle common problems
Regular Email Updates
providing insights and updates between sessions
This bootcamp is unlike any other DSC training. It is designed for providers who want more intensive support than a single workshop but don't want to commit to 1:1 consulting. We estimate you will get more than $20,000 worth of DSC traditional consulting support for just $3,800 per organisation (up to 3 people from each organisation can attend each session).
