In July 2020, the NDIA introduced Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (PRC) as a new support item. Any participant with a psychosocial disability can request this funding in their plan and we're hearing average PRC funding is usually double the typical Support Coordination hours. Businesses equipped to meet this new demand have been slow to emerge.
In this online workshop, we explore what it takes to offer a financially viable Psychosocial Recovery Coaching service and take advantage of this gap in the market, including:
◎ Analysing the opportunities and risks in PRC market data
◎ Successful financial models
◎ The key levers for building margin
◎ Developing the right team and setting up effective workflows
◎ What you can and cannot claim for
◎ Adding Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to a Support Coordination service
◎ Managing conflicts of interest
